On March 16, Rino.ai, in collaboration with SF Same City, officially launched a driverless freight C-end service in Weifang, Shandong, deploying dozens of Autonomous Delivery Vehicles into large-scale commercial operation. The service targets individual users and small-to-medium merchants, providing intra-city small-batch heavy cargo transportation through an innovative “Autonomous Vehicle For Multi-Stop Delivery” + unmanned transport model.
This deployment introduces a fully digital experience of on-demand booking, instant dispatch, and autonomous fulfillment, filling a critical gap in Last-Mile Delivery Solutions for medium-weight goods. The launch promotion of “first order for 0.01 RMB” quickly drove strong user engagement, validating the commercial viability of Autonomous Delivery Service in the C-end market and laying the foundation for nationwide replication.
On March 12, Rino.ai obtained the first batch of functional autonomous logistics vehicle licenses in Zhuhai, launching an initial three-route network supporting SF Express hub-to-hub transfer operations, with plans to scale up to 45 routes and deploy 65 vehicles, building a benchmark Autonomous Urban Delivery Van operation network in the city.
On March 18, the company also secured the first batch of similar licenses in Zhongshan, simultaneously launching dual scenarios including SF Express logistics transfer and public bus catering services, with a planned expansion to 55 routes and 60 vehicles, enabling multi-scenario compliant operations.
On March 26, in collaboration with SF Express, Rino.ai launched Dongguan’s first Autonomous Delivery Vehicle route, focusing on 3–5 km middle-mile transfer scenarios. The initial deployment of 50 vehicles significantly improved Middle Mile Logistics Solutions efficiency and last-mile connectivity.
The rapid rollout across Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Dongguan demonstrates accelerated expansion in the Greater Bay Area. With regulatory approvals, operational scale, and deep partnerships forming a strong three-layer barrier, Rino.ai is becoming one of the few companies in China capable of cross-city scalability and commercially viable Autonomous Vehicles for Logistics and Shipping operations.
On March 25, Rino.ai President Huang Gang was invited to attend the 2026 Commercial Vehicle Industry Development Closed-Door Conference, where he represented the Robovan sector as the only dedicated company participant and shared insights on industry development.
Focusing on key topics such as commercial vehicle intelligence upgrades, large-scale deployment of unmanned freight, and last-mile logistics efficiency improvement, he presented Rino.ai’s practical experience in Rino RX cargo van development, scenario-based operations, cross-city replication, and regulatory compliance.

On March 13, Rino.ai CTO Xia Tian gave an exclusive interview to Zhiche Planet, where he offered forward-looking insights into the industry.
He noted that the competitive advantage window for autonomous driving algorithms is only about six months, and that the real determining factor for the industry’s next stage is AI engineering infrastructure.
